Confirm loading access, elevator dimensions, delivery windows, and the building contact early. These details help establish a realistic installation sequence and reduce surprises on the day.
Keep the team informed
Agree on the areas being worked on, the furniture being moved, and when each area needs to be ready. For an occupied office, discuss whether the project needs to be divided into phases.
Finish with a walkthrough
Review placement against the agreed plan and identify any outstanding items. We want the final space to reflect the decisions made during planning, with a clear route for following up on questions.
